HOW FAST WILL YOUR ORDER BE PROCESSED?
We’re very proud of how quickly we process the orders. If items are in stock your order will most likely be shipped the same day or the next business day.
For custom made styles we have a production time of 6 to 8 business days.
However to get orders out this quickly, it means we’re not able to make any amendments, including changing the billing/shipping address, item style/size or remove or add items from your order. Please note - During Julia Diehl Sale’s or New Collection drops shipping times can be delayed depending on how busy we are so please be patient during these times.

We ship WORLDWIDE. We offer FREE shipping to EUROPE FOR ORDERS OVER 300,00€.
Free Shipping to INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES for orders over 400,00€.
If your country is not listed at the checkout, please email us and we will consider adding your country to the list.
For tracking purposes a signature is required on delivery for domestic and international shipping. If no one is home during business hours your package may end up at your local post office. If delivery is attempted but you are not home you will receive an ‘attempted delivery slip’ in your letterbox and an ‘attempted delivery email’ giving you instructions on where to go and collect your package. To avoid a failed delivery attempt please use an address where someone can sign for your package during business hours, or a business address.

*CUSTOMS/IMPORT TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. Julia Diehl will declare FULL € value on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. Unfortunately Julia Diehl CAN NOT put a lower value on the parcel.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept return of an unworn item within 7 business days (domestic returns) or 18 days (international returns) once purchase is received. Items should be in the original condition, including tags. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so you may want to send it registered post.
HOW TO RETURN FOR A REFUND:
Please send the tagged/unworn item along with your NAME, EMAIL and ORDER NUMBER to the address below. If you do not include this information we may not be able to refund you. We will credit your original method of payment within 10 business days of return of item, minus original shipping charges.
Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 1 months of purchase. Anything outside of this time frame will be up to our discretion. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Please note we DO NOT offer exchanges, but of course you are welcome to return an item for a refund and re-purchase your preferred item/size once we’ve refunded you. Excluding SALE ITEMS
